The Ministry of Digital Development of Russia opposed the restrictive and "dragon" measures against IT specialists who left the country. This was stated by the head of the department Maksut Shadaev, speaking at CNews Forum 2022, RBC reports .

Shadaev proposed creating such conditions in Russia that the representatives of the IT industry who left would return. "There should be no restrictions here." - said the head of the department.

Earlier, the deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Yuri Zubov, said that Russia lacks 170 thousand IT specialists. The reason for this, he called them a mass departure from the country after many countries of the world imposed economic sanctions against Russia due to military invasion of Ukraine. Zubov called for supporting measures that will make Russia more attractive for the arrival of foreign IT specialists.

After the start of the mobilization of the Ministry of Cyphra, the mobilization of the specialties in the field of IT and the connection, which are extended from mobilization for the war in Ukraine. At the same time, it later became known about the death of a Russian “Raiffeisenbank” employee Timur Izmailov, who was mobilized despite the fact that he was supposed to be a reservation. He occupied one of the key IT debt in the bank.

Earlier, the head of the Commission of the Federation Council for the Protection of State Sovereignty, Andrei Klimov, said that the Russians who left the country after the beginning of a full -scale Russian invasion of Ukraine may fall under the law on foreign agents. He later explained that for this it is necessary for a citizen to receive material or other support from abroad and conduct a certain type of activity, for example, engaged in politics.
