reports The Moscow City Court upheld the decision of the Babushkinsky District Court to return to law enforcement the criminal case of movement activists Kirill Bunin, Kirill Kotov and Alexei Gorbachevsky. However, they will still remain in the pre-trial detention center. Since June 25, they have been under arrest; they are subject to this preventive measure regularly.

Bunin, Kotov and Gorbachevsky are being prosecuted under articles on the use of violence against a representative of authority (Article 318 of the Criminal Code) and hooliganism (Article 214 of the Criminal Code). The reason for the charges was a conflict with employees of the special unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “Grom”, which occurred on June 23.
Then Gorbachevsky filmed the incorrect parking of one of the cars on the Yaroslavskoye Highway. Inside the car were employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' special unit "Grom". A fight broke out between the police and the activists, and, according to the activists, the police officers themselves attacked them. Three participants in the StopHam movement were injured, one of them was hospitalized.
The next day there was a case against the activists, and on June 25 they were put on trial for two months. The investigation into the case was completed on July 6.
