The leadership of the Kazan Higher Tank Command School organized places for recharging phones in tents and delivering dry firewood to the collection point for mobilized soldiers after videos of a riot of servicemen dissatisfied with the conditions of detention appeared on the network. This was reported by the local news agency "Tatar-inform".
“As it turned out, the problem with damp firewood arose due to recent rains and sleet: the top rows of woodpile were wet. New dry firewood was brought to the collection point. <...> In addition, places for charging phones were organized in separate tents, ”the publication says.
The news agency also said that the head of the school, Major General Kirill Kulakov, twice talked with the mobilized about "social issues" - yesterday and today. For the second time, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin also joined him. As a result, the issues were resolved, and all claims were withdrawn, according to the publication.
The day before, videos began to appear on social networks, which, presumably, depicted a riot of those mobilized at a collection point at a tank school in Kazan. According to telegram channels, the servicemen complained about the lack of food, water, the inability to wash their clothes, and that they were given rusty machine guns from the 70s, from which it was “dangerous to shoot.”
“Where is the firewood dry? <…> Tomorrow there won’t be a bulge — fuck you, fuck you! Where is the firewood? shouted one of the mobilized.
The servicemen also chanted "Faggot" and "Come on, come on, get the fuck out of here!"
On one of the videos, it was heard that the leadership of the school was threatening to call the Russian Guard to suppress the riot. ““Rosgvardia controls”, damn it! Fuck them all there!”, “Pissed, can’t solve the problem?” the mobilized shouted in response.
The servicemen also threatened that they would call their acquaintances, “OMON will come here, and we will smash you all if you stir up such garbage.”

It is obvious. <...> I am convinced and I express full confidence that all decisions of the President will be strictly implemented. And the fact that at some stage the human factor is triggered, I think that this will quickly be eliminated, ”he said.
On November 3, the Ideal.Realii publication reported that the mobilized protesters had compiled a list of demands that they were going to hand over to the head of the region or his representative. “We learned from Deputy Head of the Republic Stepanov Vladimir Nikolaevich that 400 million rubles were allocated from the reserve fund to support the mobilized and their families. We demand that these funds in the amount of 400 million rubles be divided equally among all those mobilized and transferred to their personal bank accounts, ”the document said.
By evening, the mobilized were sent on leave for two days, the Angry Chuvashia telegram channel claimed.
