Lights go out in Kherson, Russia calls it ‘terrorist attack’ on a transmission line

Ukrainian Telegram channels report that the power was out in Russian-controlled Kherson on November 6.

According to one channel, the electrical outage also disrupted the water supply.

Representatives of the occupying Russian administration said that three power transmission poles were damaged in an “act of terrorism” on the Beryslav-Kakhovka highway, leaving 10 settlements without electricity.

A local Telegram channel, citing its subscribers, reports that Russians were undermining transmission lines in Beryslav and “chopping down electrical poles.”
