
The Sverdlovsk District Court of Kostroma arrested for two months the director of the Empire company Natalya Belenogov. According to investigators, she committed violations of fire safety requirements in the Polygon club, which led to the death of people. At the same time, the deputy of the uninstall, who owns the club, was left as a witness. This was announced by the trace of the Telegram channel.
Natalia Belenogov was arrested in a criminal case on the provision of services that did not meet security requirements (part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The owner of the club and deputy of the regional Duma from United Russia I. I. Mirzoev informed the investigators that he had rented out the premises and had nothing to do with the activities of the Empire company. According to him, the tenant installed electrical wiring in a cafe and was responsible for the protection of the institution.
Earlier, the police detained another suspect in the fire in the club. According to journalists, 23-year-old military Stanislav Ionkin carried a hunting rocket launcher to the “training ground” and shot several times on the ceiling. In August, Ionkin returned from Ukraine due to an injury to the legs. In relation to him, investigators opened a criminal case under an article on causing death by negligence to two or more persons.
On the night of November 4-5, a fire began in the Kostroma club "Polygon". According to investigators, the reason was the use of a "pyrotechnic agent." The building quickly caught fire and began to crumble, people inside did not have enough free exits. Most of them were able to escape, but at least 13 people died under the rubble. The Internet magazine "7x7" found out details about the incident in the institution where the emergency previously constantly took place.
