The examination found “extremism” in voice messages allegedly recorded by Rodion Stukov in a telegram chat. Rodion himself claims that he recorded these voices under pressure from FSB officers for supposed comparison with the original.
According to lawyer Rodion, the examination in Vladivostok, to which the audio messages were initially sent, did not find any calls for violence or extremism in them. Then the investigative actions were extended, and the court sent a second examination to Krasnoyarsk - to the same experts who gave the indictment in the case of the Kan teenagers . As a result, experts found “extremism” and “calls for violence against law enforcement agencies” in these audio messages.
