The Moscow City News Agency published a press release on the initiation of a criminal case under the article on justifying terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) against a 62-year-old resident of the capital. Apparently, we are talking about civil activist Mikhail Krieger, whom the Cheryomushkinsky court sent to a pre-trial detention center on November 5 as a suspect under Part 2 of Art. 205.2 CC.
The Agency’s publication states that the case was initiated because of a post published by a man on the social network “no later than December 2020”, which allegedly justifies the actions committed “in 2018 in the city of Arkhangelsk and in 2019 on the territory of Moscow.” In the first case, it is most likely that Mikhail Zhlobitsky blew himself up in the Arkhangelsk building of the FSB, in the second, presumably, about Yevgeny Manyurov, who opened fire near the FSB building in Moscow.
