Two people who came to support Ilya Yashin were detained near the Basmanny Court building

At the building of the Basmanny District Court, Moscow was detained by Irina Chivozertsev and Andrei Zhvakin, who held single pickets in support of Ilya Yashin. The OVD-Info reported this by an eyewitness.

In the Basmanny court there is a meeting to renew the preventive measure to the policy Ilya Yashin, who is accused under the article on the spread of “fakes” about the Russian army based on political hatred (paragraph “d” of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). The case for politics was brought up in July because of Stream on YouTube, in which he talked about the tragedy in Buch . Yashin has been under arrest since June: then he was arrested for 15 days under an article on disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

20:05 Irina Chivozertsev and Andrei Zhvakin were released from the police department. On both, they drew up protocols under an article on violation of the procedure for a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). In the department, they were helped by a lawyer from the OVD-info Alan Kibizov.
