Tyumen: Parents of a beaten student complained to the school in the prosecutor's office

In the Tyumen school, students of the third grade were fighting. One of them was greatly beaten - he was diagnosed with a closed abdomen and rupture of the spleen. The parents of the injured schoolboy turned to the prosecutor's office of the Kalinin district of Tyumen.

The incident occurred in May last year. The prosecutor's office conducted an audit and found that the child was caused by serious harm to health. The department transferred the case to court.

The school will have to pay the schoolboy a student 160 thousand rubles as compensation for harm, since educational institutions are responsible for the life and health of students. The court decision has not yet entered into legal force.

This is not the first time when the school pays compensation for injuries received by the child. Earlier, in Nizhny Tavd in the Tyumen region, the school was also obliged to pay compensation to the ninth graders, which the other student beat in the toilet. The victim was diagnosed with a concussion and other injuries, the court ordered the school to pay its family 50 thousand rubles.

Compensation can also recover from the families of offenders. This happened in the Krasnoyarsk Territory: there is a 13-year-old schoolgirl compensation for injury from classmates. Their families were obliged to pay the victim 40 thousand rubles.
