However, soon the head of the Russian administration of the region, Vladimir Saldo, officially confirmed the “tragic death” of his deputy. “Cyril was one of the brightest, able to speak and present to people the truth about what is happening in the Kherson region,” he said.

It will also be difficult to tell his family and friends. He is a large father - he has five children and should soon be the sixth. Of course, we will take care of all of them, but, unfortunately, Cyril cannot be returned.

Later, the “Minister of Health” of the Kherson region recognized the incident, saying that two more people were injured in the accident.
