At the next briefing of the Russian Ministry of Defense, a map was shown, according to which Russian troops left the right bank of the Dnieper. Also, the completion of the withdrawal of Russian army units from the right bank was announced by the representative of the Ministry of Defense, Igor Konashenkov.

He claims that last night the Russian military had to cross the Dnieper under the fire of Ukrainian rocket artillery.

“During the night, the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit the crossings across the Dnieper River five times with rockets from the American HIMARS multiple launch rocket system,” Konashenkov said.

Retreating, the Russian military blew up the Antonovsky bridge. This was reported by Russian military correspondents.

Until now, the Antonovsky Bridge has remained the last functioning bridge that connected the left and right banks of the Dnieper.

Ukrainian media publish testimonies of local residents about what is happening in Kherson after the withdrawal of Russian troops.

“In the morning, not a single Ork car drove past us, there is no crossing, the checkpoints were removed. You breathe in a completely different way, like at home, ”Alexander from Kherson told the publication Suspilne Novyny.

“We are sitting without electricity, water, there is no heat either, it’s good that the power banks were charged, if you find a place, you can at least send messages to your people that everything is fine. Everything is calm in Kherson, at night it was a little noisy in the direction of the Antonovsky bridge, but everything is quiet,” says Svetlana, a resident of Kherson.

The Center for National Resistance also reported that the Russian military remained in Kherson, even after the retreat of the Russian army to the left bank of the Dnieper. They dress up in civilian clothes and hide. The Center believes that in this way the Russian military may try to create the appearance of "resistance" to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Earlier, Kyiv reacted with distrust to the statements of the Russian military about the abandonment of Kherson, suspecting a possible trap. However, pro-Russian telegram channels, including those associated with the Wagner PMC, reported tonight that Ukrainian special forces and intelligence officers had already entered the city.

In addition, videos and photos with Ukrainian flags on Kherson streets appeared on the network today.
