Russia on Tuesday arranged a massive missile shelling of Ukraine - for the first time in two weeks. Blows were struck by Kiev, Khmelnitskaya, Rivne, Volyn, Lviv, as well as Zhytomyr, Vinnitsa, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Poltava and Kharkov regions. According to the deputy head of the office of the President of Ukraine Kirill Tymoshenko, out of 90 Russian air defense missiles, 70 were shot down by 70. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports to knock down 73 missiles and 10 drones-Kamikaze. In particular, 18 out of 21 missiles were shot down in the Kyiv area.

The mayor of Kiev Vitaly Klitschko first reported two hits of missiles to residential buildings in the Pechersky district, then about another hit in a high -rise building. Kyiv city military administration reports one deceased.

There are disconnections of the light in Kyiv, Vinnitsa, Volyn, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kirovograd, Lviv, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopol, Kharkov, Khmelnitsky, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv regions. According to UNIAN, the air defense worked in the Mirgorod community in the Poltava region, in Vinnitsa, Nikolaev, Sumy, Khmelnitsky, Lviv and Zhytomyr regions.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denis Monastyrsky said that one person died as a result of shelling and six were injured - three in Kiev and three in another village. The damage was caused to 30 objects - these are private houses and critical infrastructure objects.

Tymoshenko writes that most of all the hits are recorded in the center and in the north of the country. According to him, in Kyiv the situation is extremely difficult, and in this regard, emergency shutdown of electricity according to special graphs are introduced.

Around 16:40, electricity from Romania stopped entering Moldova-the high-voltage line of the Isakcha-Walkanesht-MGRES stopped functioning. In many areas of Moldova, including in Chisinau and in Transnistria, interruptions in electricity arose. The Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development of Moldova Andrei Zipin said that the power line was disconnected automatically due to the shelling of Ukraine. In the evening, the sophisticon informed that the power supply of most settlements of Moldova was restored.

Moldova President Maya Sandu said Moldova decisively condemns the shelling of Ukraine. She noted that not only its inhabitants, but also the inhabitants of Moldova suffer from the war in Ukraine.

According to the head of the military administration of Krivoy Rog, Alexander Vilkul, the X-101 missiles were launched from the Tu-95 aircraft from the Volgograd Astrakhan region.
