This article provides for consultations with the participation of all NATO allies if the safety of one of them was threatened. On November 16, emergency consultations at the ambassador level will begin in Brussels. President of Poland Andrzej Duda held telephone conversations with Joe Bayden, who was at the G20 summit at Bali - there was 5 in the morning at the time of the call. Duda also phoned the Secretary General of the Alliance by Jens Stoltenberg.
On November 15, at about 15:40 local time, two missiles fell in the village of Pshevodov of the Lublin Voivodeship of Poland near the border with Ukraine. Two people died. After a time meeting at Bali with the leaders of Canada, Britain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Japan, Biden said that according to the results of the investigation, a “collective decision on further steps” would be made. According to him, preliminary data do not confirm that the missile of Byda is released from Russia: this is "unlikely based on the path." At the same time, the US President emphasized that the investigation should wait.
The Polsat News correspondent in Ukraine Mateush Lakhovsky said with reference to experts who evaluated the fragments of missiles that X-101 cruise missiles had fallen in Pshevovo.
