The parents of the 20-year-old contractor Kemal Bostanov, who died in the war in Ukraine, are suing in St. Petersburg because of the so-called "grave". The mother of the soldier Anastasia Yudina wants to receive the entire insurance payment for her son, as she raised him alone. Anastasia broke up with Bostanov because of treason, and later moved with her child to Petersburg.

- In 2010, I filed for alimony, Hassan had my new address and phone number, he had everything, but there was no desire to communicate with the child. Hassan wrote an objection to alimony, since the court did not take into account that he still has children. I had to go on the courts further, but I did not. At that time I was married, and my husband said that there was no need to humiliate himself, he himself would feed his family, ”recalls Anastasia.

Kemal Bostanov grew up in hunchbacks - this is a village for 7 thousand inhabitants in the Leningrad region, near St. Petersburg. When Kemal had a brother and sister, a family as a large section gave a plot in the private sector. Near the hunchbacks several pharmaceutical plants, two poultry farms, Philip Morris and Siemens.

Kemal learned to be a car mechanic. He worked as a builder, but did not see the future in a civilian, dreamed of military service. “Work at the factory, beer in the evenings with friends,” Anastasia says that his son did not like in life in humplings. In June 2021, he was called up for military service in the 138th brigade of military unit 02511 in the village of Kamenka in the Leningrad region.

- He wanted to go to the troops after the army. I dreamed of getting to the "PMC Wagner". It is there. There is another training, the service is completely different. They make men from the guys there. In our army, my son did not pass the day of preparation. The field exit was once, ”says Kemala's mother.

Anastasia is a laboratory assistant at one of the enterprises in the Leningrad region. She actively participated in public life and several times gave lectures in the military unit about the male destiny.

- He served for six months, and I don’t know whether he signed a contract or not. I have not seen this document. They were sent to exercises, we often called back. He says, do not worry, they don’t send us anywhere, we are just on the border, "we stand to strengthen the border." But I know that he is from the first days there (in Ukraine. - SR) . In the evening of March 7, he called from someone else's room, said that they were "leaving." I cried, asked to break the contract, if I signed it. He briefly mentioned that they fell under fire, their car burned down, he remained in his underpants. And he told me such a phrase: “I will not throw the guys who covered my back,” recalls Yudin.

Kemal Bostanov was listed as a driver of a mortar platoon. Together with his colleagues, he fell under the shelling in the village of Malaya Rogan near Kharkov in mid -March. The connection with him was then interrupted.

- I began to look, called the military unit to the military unit. The Ministry of Defense replied that there were no on the lists, do not worry, wait. And on April 5, at 6:38 in the morning, they called me and said that my son was captured. I then wrote to Hassan to help him if he has connections. He did not answer. I took a DNA test on April 20, and on June 5 it coincided. Two days before that, the Ukrainians sent a photograph: there are no faces there, only a piece of nose and mustache. I immediately realized that it was he, ”says Anastasia how Kemal found the body.
