The Petersburger was fined 80 thousand rubles for indecent photos near the temple

The Petersburger Andrei Kudrov was fined 80 thousand rubles for photos with low pants against the backdrop of the Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ on the blood. This was reported by the United press service of the courts of St. Petersburg.

Kudrov was found guilty of a criminal article on an insult to the feelings of believers. He took a photo last year, then he was 17 years old. The picture also was his 15-year-old friend, as well as with his pants down. They posted a photo on social networks.

The Police of St. Petersburg said that they found a photo "during the monitoring of networks", but the case states that the teenager was reported by the Orthodox activist Timur Bulatov. The photograph allegedly caused him "moral suffering."

Kudrov pleaded guilty, his case was considered in a special order. According to the verdict, he "expressed disrespect for society and insulted the feelings of believers through mocking against the background of the building of culture." The second teenager with a photo did not reach the age of prosecution at the time of publication (in Russia it is 16 years).

Earlier, Bulatov came to Blogger Irina Volkova, as a result of which a similar criminal case was opened against her. In March, Volkov was sentenced to 180 hours of compulsory work.

Bulatov also actively pursues LGBT activists, including threatening them with reprisals. The activist was an administrator of the public "LGBT Criminal" in VKontakte. According to his numerous denunciations, artist Julia Tsvetkova was fined several times. Later, a criminal case was opened against her about the spread of pornography among minors, but after several years the investigation was acquitted in July 2022. As a result, anti-LGBT activists wrote more than 200 complaints with the demand to initiate a new case.
