A court in Vladimir banned an online petition against mobilization that collected almost 500 thousand signatures

The Leninsky District Court of Vladimir, at the request of the military prosecutor’s office, decided to block the petition of the “Soft Power” movement against mobilization, posted on the website Change.org . This was reported by former municipal deputy Yulia Galyamina.

At the moment, the petition has received almost 500 thousand signatures.

According to the resolution , the court also demanded that on the territory of Russia access to materials from the Russian America TV channel and the Antifascist website, the specific content of which is unknown, be restricted.

According to Judge Fursova, these materials and the petition “harm the interests” of Russia, contradict legal norms and are aimed at disrupting mobilization.

Previously, the same Leninsky District Court of Vladimir banned articles from RTVI and NUR.KZ publications about “referendums” in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
