The court in Ulan-Ude sent to the pre-trial detention center the local activist Natalya Filonov, who was accused under an article on violence against a police officer ( HT. 1 and 2 of article 318 of the Criminal Code ). It is reported by Avtozak Live.
Her minor son is going to transfer to the guardianship authorities, writes the telegram channel “Notes of Khaltarov”. The woman’s husband is in a hospital with a heart attack. She herself continues to hold a hunger strike.
The pensioner Natalya Filonova since October 22 was under house arrest in the criminal case of violence against police. According to investigators, on September 26, being in the court building, the woman hit with one policeman with her hand, and poked in the face with a pen. The siloviki consider the episode with a pen “violence that is dangerous to life and health,” since the subject supposedly touched the policeman's face close to the eye.
On that day, Filonova and her defender Nadezhda Nizovkin were in the Soviet District Court of Ulan-Ude due to the detention on the rally against mobilization. In relation to both, the court was supposed to consider cases of repeated violation of the rules of participation in the rally (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), but the building announced an evacuation. Later meetings on administrative cases were held in the Soviet District Court. Production against Nizovkina and Filonova under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses was stopped.
On November 15, the accused was detained before the court to change the preventive measure. A new episode was added to Filonova’s business, Nizovkin reported OVD-Info. According to the human rights activist, Filonov is suspected that she broke one of the police officers passing the victims of the case.
In May, the court arrested Filonov for five days under articles on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and police resistance (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The reason for this was the request of the pensioner to the driver of the bus to remove the letter Z glued in the cabin. In response, he decided to drop out all the passengers and forcefully delivered the woman to the police department where she was detained. In June, due to this situation, Filonov was fined 35 thousand rubles, finding guilty of discrediting the army of the Russian Federation (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). After the detention on the rally against mobilization on September 24, Filonova was charged with an article on a repeated violation of the rules of the action. Subsequently, the court terminated this case, but fined the woman four thousand rubles under the article on disobedience to the requirements of the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
