A resident of the Kemerovo region was fined for publishing a song about security forces on VKontakte.

The Novokuznetsk District Court of the Kemerovo Region fined local resident Konstantin Gavrilyuk 10,000 rubles for publishing a song about police officers on VKontakte. Information about this appeared in the telegram channel “Kuzbass without extremism” and on the website of the court; attention to it . drew the Information and Analytical Center "Sova"

The man was found guilty under the article on inciting hatred or enmity (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Experts found in the lyrics of the song signs of humiliation of the dignity of a social group identified on the basis of belonging to law enforcement officers.

Sova notes that Gavrilyuk did not create posts on his VKontakte page after 2013, but you can still find a Missis Garrison track about security officials who have intimate relationships with each other. It is emphasized that this song has another version called "Chefs bake cakes for each other."

Gavrilyuk added that he did not suspect that this composition could cause negative emotions in someone.
