The court in Vladimir decided to block the petition against mobilization, which gained more than 450 thousand signatures on the Internet. This was announced on November 17 by the politician Julia Galyamin. According to her, the military prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit.

The court decision says that the petition is aimed at disrupting mobilization, and the information indicated in it contains fictitious information about the allegedly illegal actions of the country's leadership.

The Russian authorities announced the beginning of partial mobilization on September 21. On October 28, the head of the Ministry of Defense Sergei Shoigu reported to President Vladimir Putin that mobilization was over, since the task of calling 300 thousand people was completed.

The president did not sign a decree on the end of mobilization. Human rights activists noted that the absence of a published decree on the end of mobilization gives the Ministry of Defense the right to start a call again.

Human rights activists regularly report the violation by the authorities of the declared mobilization rules and that many of the draftees who have not even passed medical examinations are immediately sent to the front line. The same information regularly comes from the military themselves.
Since the beginning of October, there have been reports of the death of mobilized Russians in Ukraine almost daily in the media.
