The UN will study the video with the alleged execution of Russian prisoners

On the Internet on November 18, a video appeared on which, presumably, a scene of the execution of the Ukrainian military surrendered to Russian troops, the scene of the Ukrainian military. The authenticity of the video has not been confirmed, but the Russian Ministry of Defense has already called what was happening in the video crime. The Office of the Supreme Commissar for Human Rights of the UN will also be studied by videos.

Two videos that were dispersed through social networks are usually shown in pairs. At the first, the Russian military leave home and with raised hands surrendered to the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in camouflage forms with yellow bandages. By order, they lie down on the ground. On the last frames, another person with weapons leaves the house, shooting begins, the record breaks off. In the second video shot there, the Russian military has already been shot. It is assumed that the video could be shot in the Makeevka area in the Donetsk region. The Ukrainian side has not yet given comments.

The Russian Ministry of Defense made a statement in which it called events in the video intentional and methodical killing of unarmed prisoners. The ministry also emphasized that this is "not an isolated case, but a widespread practice in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, actively supported by the Kyiv regime and at point blank range not noticed by its Western patrons." The Ministry of Defense and the Human Rights Council under the President of Russia reported that they consider it necessary to contact the UN and international humanitarian organizations.

The Office of the Supreme Commissar of the UN Human Rights (UVKPH) reported that they already know about videos with the alleged execution, and will study them.

The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case on the fact of the mass execution of prisoners of war.
