In Tyumen, a court decision was annulled, which justified a local resident who wrote “No to ***!” with colored crayons on the pavement.

Alisa Klimenkova was accused of "discrediting" the Russian army. The reason for the accusation was the inscription “No to ***!”, made to her on the pavement in the center of Tyumen on September 24.

In court, Klimenkova claimed that she meant “No wobble!” and explained her act by the fact that she “experiences hostility to this type of fish.”

In turn, the police insisted that the inscription was deciphered differently, but they could not prove this. As a result, the court closed the case due to the absence of an event of an offense and decided to return the blue crayon with which the inscription was made to Klimenkova.

The police did not agree with this decision and appealed it. On November 21, the Tyumen Regional Court considered the complaint and overturned the decision of the court of first instance, and sent Klimenkova's case for a new trial.

“In fact, I was sure that the police complaint would be rejected and the judge's decision would be left unchanged. I don't know how it will go on. Now it is useless to assume anything. In principle, I don’t really like five-letter words that start with “B” and end with “A”. There are such problems,” Klimenkova said after the meeting.
