And okay, it would be only about democratic and economically the most developed countries, defined by the Kremlin as “unfriendly” ones. But even a few so -called allies - if we understand by this conditional concept a certain degree of neutrality - now show increased caution in relation to Putin's Russia. It is characteristic of, for example, the behavior of Turkey - the country, the development of cooperation with which Putin recently appreciated so highly (it is interesting that negotiations with the Turkish foreign minister Mivushit Chavusholg Lavrov spent the phone during the work of the summit, and it is not clear why it was necessary to fly to Bali).

The new rule that Türkiye warned of international oil consignors enters into force on December 1, a few days before the EU and the UK will introduce additional restrictions on trade with the Russian Federation. And since insurance covers everything from oil spills to clashes, Turkey must have not been too tormented by the choice whether to protect her own waters or, as before, not to impede the flow of millions of barrels of oil exports from Russia.
