The New York Times confirmed the authenticity of video that appeared on social networks and telegram channels, in which, presumably, the Ukrainian military kill the surrendered Russian soldiers. The publication analyzed personnel, compared them with satellite pictures, and came to the conclusion that the video was shot in Makeevka of the Lugansk region, which recently passed under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
