It was given by human rights activist Dinar Idrisov. This was reported by the United press service of the vessels of St. Petersburg.
What they demanded in the complaint . Idrisov asked to cancel the decision of the city court in St. Petersburg and terminate the proceedings on the recognition of the blockade of Leningrad by the genocide. So, the fact of genocide can be established only in the framework of criminal proceedings, it follows from the appeal of Idrisov.
What else is known. Idrisov told the authors of the publication “Zaks.ru” that he considers the claim of the prosecutor's office immoral, and the court decision - political, and not legal. According to the human rights activist, the court also had to evaluate the actions of the Soviet authorities during the blockade of Leningrad.
In addition, Idrisov noticed that the Criminal Code of the RSFSR of the 1940s did not have articles on genocide and a war crime, and the law has no return. Therefore, it is impossible to recognize the blockade of Leningrad with genocide, the human rights activist believes.
