— The Ministry of Justice will have the right to receive certificates on transactions, accounts and deposits of any individuals and legal entities “if there are signs of violation of the law” on “foreign agents,” as well as on transactions, accounts and deposits already recognized as “foreign agents.” In addition, the Ministry of Justice will be able to obtain data on the bank accounts of “foreign agents” from the tax service;

— Any legal entities will be required to provide the Ministry of Justice with information about beneficial owners;

— “Foreign agents” will not have the right to engage in educational activities regarding minors; “foreign agents” will not be allowed to teach in state and municipal institutions.

— Mass media whose participants are “foreign agents” will be required to include a corresponding indication in their output.

— Roskomnadzor will be able to block the websites of any “foreign agents” in the event of a violation of the rules for labeling materials established by a court decision.

— Any information produced by “foreign agents” will be considered prohibited for distribution among children.

— The Ministry of Justice will be able to receive information on civil registration to supervise the activities of “foreign agents.”

— “Foreign agents” will be prohibited from acting as organizers of public events, as well as from transferring to the organizers of such events any property or material means for their holding.
