The authorities of St. Petersburg prohibit residents with "filling with leaves of trees trunks" because they cannot solve the real problems of the city

Such as “backfilling with leaves of trunks of trees and shrubs”, “hanging hammocks, swings, ropes for drying linen on green spaces”, as well as “extraction from green spaces of juice, resin; The infliction of inscriptions and mechanical damage to them, including incisions ”, and“ dropping snow and ice on the lawns ”, and“ dropping snow from the roofs into areas occupied by green spaces, without taking measures that ensure the safety of trees and shrubs ”, and finally,“ scraping of parts under the gardens ”. And a number of other prohibitions.

After the end of the period allotted for examination, the government will bring this bill to the city parliament. Judging by how goodly in our legislative assembly all the initiatives of the administration are greeted, the project is destined to turn into a law without any problems.

Citizens, of course, are sophisticated in the comments under these news. Like, it’s not the same homeland in order to generously drink birch juice (which will now be prohibited under the threat of a fine of up to 5 thousand rubles). And it is unclear whether it will be possible to hang feeders for birds and squirrels in the city parks without permission. And in what way to fines icicles falling on lawns, trees and shrubs, if you have not learned to fight their formation (I remember, Governor Valentina Matvienko announced the cutting of the “vessels” with a laser, but something has not grown together)? And, of course, the question from citizens is essentially - that, there is nothing to do in Smolny to the wipers of the pants in Smolny?

Let us clarify: I am against the parks and squares to be disgraced by trees (including birch trees) - they mined juice, or peeled off the bark, or mined the resin from pine trees. And it is also not good to throw snow on the lawns. And hanging linen in the parks for drying is ugly and indecent. But who can interfere or damage, for example, “backfilling with leaves of trees trunks” - I sincerely do not understand. And I do not remember attempts to “dig up the plots” of green spaces under the gardens.

There is another: in many houses, especially in new areas, people plant flowers and shrubs (including berry) on house lawns, build homemade flower beds there, decorating their habitat. Sometimes it looks very beautiful and pleases the eye. Will it be possible that it will be that they will start to fight?

Moreover, in St. Petersburg, the organized by the Smolny Internet portal “Our St. Petersburg”, which I have long called the “Portal of Cossacks”, is growing and flourishing. In recent years, anonymous complainants literally settled in recent years, who write hundreds of complaints every month on everything that they do not like (including them to remove homemade flower beds on lawns). And the administration obediently works out these “signals”.

But the essence of the matter is not only that.

Problems - real! - In St. Petersburg, as they say, above the roof.

This is an almost non -under construction metro (huge areas of the city have been waiting for it for decades). And constantly growing tariffs: for travel by public transport, for major repairs of houses, for housing and utilities. And almost tightly rising city “queue” for receiving apartments (those who do not have benefits, receives housing today, if he stood in line in 1981 and earlier, that is, more than 40 years ago). And queues to kindergartens. And the lack of schools, kindergartens and clinics in the "humanity" on the outskirts of the city where housing is built quickly - for the sake of speedy sale - and the "socialite" is hopelessly behind. And much, much more.

In Smolny, they love to say that there is no money for all this. But for some reason they are for other goals.

For example, the “restoration of Mariupol” (before the “special operation” did not need to restore), which is now allowed to spend money from the reserve fund of the city government. And this fund itself, with the active support of our parliamentary majority -, at the suggestion of Governor Alexander Beglov, increased to 50 billion rubles, about 5% of all expenditures of the budget of St. Petersburg.

I note: the government uses the reserve fund uncontrolled. The execution does not promptly report to their execution, but to provide the deputies (they respond to the requests of the Yabloko faction) information about where these funds are going. Apparently there is something to hide.

At the same time, when you read the draft laws similar to the described, it may seem that all city problems have already been successfully resolved. And it remains only to deal with the malicious miners of birch juice and hangers of ropes for drying linen.

Well, in parallel with this, the city is held in the city of cleaning snow ... Without snow. This is not a joke: it was reported that in the Central District of St. Petersburg there was a training for janitors, and that "despite the lack of precipitation and abnormal warming, utility staff worked out the stages of integrated cleaning of non -existent snow and ice from roofs, city streets and courtyards."

Finally, on the newly open memorial plaque installed in memory of the great scientist, who deciphered Mayan’s writing, Yuri Knorozov, placed his portrait against the background of ... the Aztec “Sun stone”.
