On November 24, in the Open Space - coworking for activists and activists in the Basmann region of Moscow - a solidarity evening with the defendants in Tyumen's business took place. In this case, six anarchists from Tyumen, Surgut and Yekaterinburg were arrested about the “terrorist community”, they all talked about torture.
The event was open, it was announced , for example, DOXA (recently State Duma deputies demanded that the publication be recognized as an “extremist organization”).
The evening began at about 18:00, about 40-45 people gathered there, one of the participants tells . Some eyewitnesses say that before the appearance of the security forces, they signed postcards in support of political prisoners, others - that they read or listened to poems. One way or another, when a break was announced, the guests went to smoke outside - and at that moment a car plane drove up to the building, and the security forces in masks burst inside.
In the video, the start of the search, which the Sotavision journalist Ksenia Tamurka managed to shoot before she was detained, is noticeable that the security forces in masks behaved indically harshly. They shouted, dropped furniture, knocked out a telephone from the hands. After falling the phone, the sounds of strokes and screams are heard on the record: “Hands behind the head!”, “Wider legs!”, “Facing the wall, do not look down!”.
The security forces put part of the young people on the floor, the other, together with the girls, put their faces on the wall, forbidding to move. The girl who left the event during the break and unsuccessfully returned for a forgotten shopper told Sota that she stood facing the wall for about an hour:
“When I turned my head, they told me that you need to keep it directly facing the wall. An hour later, they, apparently, took out a passport from my shopper and called me to another hall, where everyone mainly lying on the floor. I crouched and we began to wait further. Then, after, I don’t know, about 30 minutes, I was already called to other employees of the Russian Guard, they asked me to show where my phone was, I showed, asked to unlock, I said that no, 23 articles, they are like that, no, you will unlock. And when I already sat down, after me there was already a girl-journalist, so she refused to show the phone, and they began to drag her by the hair, she began to scream. ”
After what she saw, the girl agreed to unlock the phone, and the security forces recorded it IMEI . Another woman who came for the evening with the child said that the security forces demanded that her show correspondence in Telegram and the last banking transfers to find out if she sponsored terrorism. "
The screaming girl was the same Sotavision journalist Ksenia Tamurka. The newspaper did not publish a commentary on the journalist. One of the detainees spoke about the attack on Tamurka from the words of another eyewitness; Another young man heard the cries of the journalist, although he was in another room.
He himself said that the security forces treated young men differently, in his opinion, this depended in many respects on the length of the hair. The young man drew attention to the fact that the security forces detained the members of the group of anonymous drug addicts, whose meeting took place in a neighboring room. “And when they began to ask what they were doing here, they said - we are drug addicts, we do not know anyone here! And then they already took them away from us, and they talked with them separately, ”he recalled.
Probably, at some point, the security forces began to behave a little less rigidly-on the record made a few hours after the start of the search, it is clear that the detainees were standing without clinging to the wall, but simply looking at it. The security forces who shot videos did not detain the video, but, according to the Sota correspondent, they dragged into the building of the passerby who looked out the window.
The security forces who arrived at the search of lawyer Leysan Mannapov did not let the security for the fact that her order was incorrectly decorated. It was not possible to get there as a man who came to rescue his 14-year-old brother.
The detainees began to be loaded into the car gut only a few hours later, minors were released along the way. The remaining ones were brought to the Basmanny police department.
One of them said that there and four young people were beaten. According to the girl, the security forces “struck her when she was lying on the floor,” one detainee “beat a club and a book”, and the other “threw it on a chair and began to strike with their feet”. One of the beaten, according to her, the police found Balaklava, an emergency hammer from a bus and a traumatic pistol, for the wearing of which he had permission.
Another girl did not remember the beatings and said only that in the department the detainees wrote explanatory "about what, in fact, did." A member of the PMC Aleksey Melnikov, who went inside the department and saw the detainees detained during giving explanations, did not talk about the possible violence.
About two in the morning of the detainees began to be released from the department. None of them reported that they were forced to sign any documents except explanatory. Journalist Tamurka left the department of the latter, about four in the morning.
In the video, where the security forces lead the detainees to the autozak, the coordinator of the Voice Vladimir Egorov identified the colonel of the EE Center. According to Egorov, on October 5, by order of this colonel, he was beaten during a search of the organization’s office. He does not know the name of the policeman, since it was not indicated in the protocol of the search. According to Sota, who accompanied it in the “open space”, the security forces in masks serve in the second operational shelf of the Moscow Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow.
