On November 25, the Moscow Regional Court extended the maintenance of Oksana in custody until January 29. As follows from the testimony, on September 29, Oksana was at home with two sons, 10-year-old Matvey and 3-year-old Arseny. Samusev came to her apartment with his friend Maxim. At some point, a quarrel started between Oksana and the former cohabitant, he grabbed the phone from her hands and threw it into the wall, began to insult and hit, recalls the journalist.
“Fearing for my life and health, I demanded that Alexei leave my apartment, but he ignored my demands. She was afraid that he could be greatly beaten, since he repeatedly previously caused me physical pain, ”Oksana told the investigator.
At the time of the conflict, Alexei attacked Oksana with scissors, but she managed to intercept his hand and deliver a blow about the collarbone.
Then the journalist did not even think that she could seriously hurt the former partner. Oksana says to investigators that after the blow, Alexei remained conscious, kicked her and left the apartment.
Only a few minutes later, rustle rang out from the stairwell - an ambulance arrived behind Samusyov. Oksana was detained 20 minutes after the arrival of doctors, the man died in intensive care in the evening of the same day.

Oksana Goncharova grew up in Mikhailovka of the Volgograd region. In 1995, the seventeen-year-old girl escaped from the 60,000th town to Volgograd and entered the Volga at the journalism department. There, she met Saglara Mandzhieva, which she has preserved friendship with to this day.
“When we acted, the Volga was considered one of the most prestigious universities in the Southern Federal District, and we were very proud and happy to study at the best university of the region,” recalls Saglara. - It was our, as it were, the first such achievement. Oksana, of course, has always been a smart girl. She was an example to follow in terms of study, she is very consistent, smart, so straight by a hard worker. ”
It was difficult to study; After the first session, more than half of the group students were forced to transfer to other departments or take academic leave. But the friends coped. After the second year, Salagra transferred to Moscow State University and left for Moscow, and a few years later Oksana followed her.
Almost all students then dreamed of moving to the capital, getting their own housing, but this was not always easy.

The son of Oksana, Peter, at that time lived with her parents in the Volgograd region. In the podcast , “man has the right”, he said that he knew about Alexei’s existence in his mother’s life, sometimes he heard his voice when they spoke on the phone.
According to Peter, the first impression of personal acquaintance with Alexei was quite ordinary, normal. Peter was then 9 or 10 years old, he and his grandmother arrived in Moscow, and Oksana and Alexey met them at the station. Now the thoughts that Alexey seemed “normal” to him then causes dissonance among Peter.
“He was born in 1986, was born in electrostal, tried to hang on himself the image of a bandit from the 90s,” Peter recalls. “He worked either a welder or an electrician.”
Soon, the idea of the "normality" of Alexei in Peter changed. According to him, conflicts regularly occurred between her mother and her partner. “I began to gradually recognize him as a person, and he was not close to me,” says Peter. -I did not take an example from him, there was no one that he could give me something, he was just my stepfather, lived with my mother, but not stable. From life together with Alexei, he also got Peter himself. According to the young man, his stepfather could hit a poor assessment, tried to educate by force.
Oksana, the son claims, tried to reason Alexei, but their conversations did not give a long effect.
When exactly Peter first became a witness to violence, he does not remember. “He mocked her constantly. She wanted to leave this environment, because here the whole yard is like that. They all, his friends, grew together and all took the side of this man. The fact that he beat her was beaten, all this was accepted as a norm. She was hatred for this man, she did not forgive him and did not think that he would be corrected. "
Aleksey's friend Dmitry confirmed Novy-Europe that the journalist had a difficult relationship with his common-law husband. He called them “stretched” and explained that Oksana and Alexei often cursed. Alexei did not introduce his partner with friends and did not bring her to the general company.
When asked what Alexei did, Dmitry replied: “I don’t know, he worked somewhere, he helped his mother in his free time.” At the same time, he considered Alexei a “excellent guy, a friend.”
The second friend of Alexei, Sergey, with an even less desire told New-Europe about a comrade. “He was a good person. Not a couple of the journalist who killed him, ”he said and refused to answer any other questions.
Despite the ongoing conflicts, in 2012 Oksana gave birth to a son Arseny from Alexei, and after another seven years they had a second common child, Matvey.
The journalist repeatedly tried to part with Samusyov, but it was very difficult to do it, he continued to live with her on the same stairwell. In addition, his friends and mother took the side of Alexei. Oksana had no relatives in Elektrostal.
In 2019, the court twice handed Alexei to Alexei for threats to murder, but he managed to get rid of only a conditional term, despite the presence of other criminal records. According to friends, Oksana regularly called the police, tried to sue Alexei and hoped that all her appeals to the emergency room were recorded and can then be used in court. The son of Goncharova Peter says that the police were only “sent to the unsubscribes” and could not help with something big.
“At some point, I began to be afraid that he would kill her. Because the beatings increased. It all began, of course, with conflicts, scandals, names, beating dishes, clarification of relations, and so on. It's all like a snowball: it grows, grows and turns into an avalanche after a few years. Then any quarrel ended with a face and breaking the ribs, ”recalls Sagogra.
At that moment of life, Oksana simply did not have the necessary skills and moral resource to get away from the offender, a friend says: “Now we are all scientists, especially after forty years that have passed therapy. But when you have small children, when you have a job, such a mortgage, when you need to solve paramount, pressing daily problems ... How to pay a mortgage, take out a child to the sea, buy him food, gather him to school and so on. ”
Twice Oksana tried to sue Alexei, but to no avail. As the “layout” wrote, the judge refused to consider her statements about the beatings and causing easy harm to health.
“I think that at some point Oksana realized that she simply could not do anything, and focused on children to protect them from this and somehow improve their life. A tense relationship in the family could not but affect other areas of the life of Oksana. Vedomosti colleagues have repeatedly tried to help her, but in vain.
“Of course, we tried to support her as we could. They encouraged, if necessary, they took off their money to help, persuaded not to endure violence, contact the police, ”recalls Inna Kravchenko, who at one time was an editor in the Oksana department.
Violence in the Oksana family was not noticeably Kravchenko: “When we worked together ( we are talking about the period from 2007 to 2015. - Approx. Ed ), this horror was just beginning. Sometimes Oksana wrote on Facebook posts with calls for help, but soon removed and said that everything was fine. In the comments, she was advised to seek legal and psychological help, advised crisis centers and wrote support words.
A chance to save
Friends and relatives of the Oksans have repeatedly advised her to move from Elektrostal to be further from Alexei, who could guard her at the house or break into the apartment.
Financial difficulties were one of the factors that prevented Oksana from moving. “She earned as much as she could earn, and spent everything on her children and a mortgage,” recalls Sagogra. - She could not afford anything superfluous. Perhaps she had a problem in that she was not impudent and impudent to earn more or ask more. ”
The fact that Oksana had problems with money was also told by Olga Pavlikova, a colleague and friend of the journalist. “Oksana never complained, but it was clear that her family was unfavorable. She always had no money, there was nothing to put on a business meeting. ”
At the same time, in the relationship of Oksana and Alexei, “light stripes” still happened, as it seemed. Shortly before the birth of the third son, the journalist told her friend that everything was getting over and they plan to get married. Recently, Oksana still had a chance for a new life - three months ago she closed the mortgage for an apartment in Elektrostal, and the bank approved her a loan for the purchase of new housing.
“More recently, we discussed with her how to quickly buy an apartment in a mortgage. That is, she had plans for life, ”recalls Olga's friend.
Oksana did not have time to move to new housing.
"Your mother cut your mother"
On the day when Oksana was detained, the eldest son Peter was in another city. A few hours before the incident, he was called by Alexei's mother - Aunt Lyuba - and said that another quarrel occurred between the former partners. Aunt Lyuba promised Peter to call back when everything was settled, but there was no call.
Then Peter called Aunt Lyuba himself, and she said that the police took Oksana. When asked what happened, she replied: "Your mother cut your mother."
In October, the MosoLdom sent Oksana to the pre -trial detention center, despite the presence of young children and the difficult financial condition of the family. “I would very much like to continue to help my children financially. The victim had a great debt on alimony, no one had ever helped me, providing children was on me, ”she said during the meeting.

Now the investigation is qualifying the actions of Oksana as a deliberate murder, although, according to her, the blow was very weak, and Alexei remained conscious for some time. Olga Fateeva, an employee of the Moscow Bureau of Forensic Examination, explains how this is possible.
“We are told that the blow fell somewhere in the clan area. Above in the area of the collarbone we have a neck, and under the collarbone - the chest. In these areas there are trunk vessels and large vascular, vascular-frozen bundles, ”says a forensic examination.
According to her, as a result of the blow, one of these vessels could be damaged, which provoked bleeding. It could begin as internal, because of which there were no traces immediately.
“In case of damage to large arteries - such as, for example, aorta - a person quickly decreases, and he almost immediately falls unconscious. In the case of vessels smaller-such as in the neck, in the clan area-the volume of blood loss can increase for some time. This time can be short enough, or can take several tens of minutes. ”
Fateeva notes that her comment is based only on the known testimony of Oksana Goncharova. For a more accurate examination, it would be necessary to inspect the body, as well as to conduct an autopsy.
Oksana’s lawyer Alexander Garanin said that he plans to achieve the re -qualification of the article in “Excess Self -Defense” (Article 108 of the Criminal Code). On such accusations, Oksana can receive up to two years in a colony.
