
The authorities of St. Petersburg agreed on new tariffs for utilities, taking into account indexation. They will begin to operate on December 1. This was reported on the Smolny website.
Heat supply tariffs will grow by 8.4 %, water supply, drainage, gas and handling of solid municipal waste - by 8.5 %. Electricity payments will be increased by 9 %.
In addition, if the share of expenses for utilities in the family does not exceed 14 %, then they can be compensated, from the message. To do this, you need to contact the city center of housing subsidies or the MFC.
What you need to know. According to representatives of Smolny in the message, initially indexation of utility tariffs was to be held in July 2023. At the same time, the heating tariff was supposed to grow by only 8 %, for drainage - by 7 %, for the treatment of solid municipal waste - by 5.8 %.
