Snow will go throughout Monday due to the influence of anticyclone, forecasts the weather forecaster Mikhail Leus. In addition, cloud cover is expected. Tuesday will do without significant precipitation.

As Kolesov noted, despite the short warming, in the last days of November the air temperature will remain in the –5 ... –7 degrees. “Cold weather, which came in the third decade, changed everything and brought the winter to our region,” writes Kolesov.
