Police officers in Nizhnevartovsk detained a local resident Alexander Korolyov at the exit from work because of a post published in 2017. The detainee himself informed OVD-Info about this.
The man was charged with public identification of the USSR and Nazi Germany (Article 13.48 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The publication that got him arrested compared the political regimes of Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin.
Now Korolev is in OP No. 3 of the city.

11:55 Nizhnevartovets said that he was being tried because of the repost of a picture comparing the regimes of Hitler and Stalin on VKontakte. The man has already been fined a thousand rubles under the article on the public demonstration of Nazi symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of the same publication.
Earlier, the police also drew up a protocol against Korolev under the article on discrediting the Russian army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to comments on the social network, but the case was sent for revision, since the linguistic examination did not reveal signs of an offense.
