Alla Pugacheva, who left Russia in October, has filed for the liquidation of her last operating company in the country, ABP. The Octagon writes about this.
According to the SPARK database, the application for the liquidation of ABP LLC was filed on November 23, and the decision should be ready on December 1. Pugacheva's company had the right to conduct activities in the field of sound recording and publication of musical works, as well as in the field of television and radio broadcasting.
ABP is 100% owned by Pugacheva. The general director of it is the concert director of the singer Elena Chuprakova. According to Oktagon, in the 2010s, it was this company that operated the Radio Alla radio station and organized the singer's performances. Pugacheva has no other operating companies in Russia.
After the start of the war in Ukraine, Alla Pugacheva, together with her husband Maxim Galkin and children, left for Israel. Galkin repeatedly criticized Russia's actions and opposed the war. In August, the singer returned to the country, and in September Galkin was added to the list of “foreign agents”. Then Pugacheva asked to be included in the register, too, and again left the country.
