The military, who returned from the war in Ukraine, will be able to get a job in schools and military registration and enlistment offices. This was stated by the head of Buryatia Alexei Tsydenov.
“We made a decision for ourselves that when the guys return, we will introduce separate additional rates for them in schools: they will teach basic military training there, which is now relevant in every school,” Tsydenov said.
According to him, the authorities of the region organize free vocational training for those who do not have a pedagogical education.
“They will be trained, receive knowledge, skills, appropriate permission to work with children and, taking into account combat experience, will work in schools,” Tsydenov said. He also added that servicemen who were seriously injured will be able to work in the military registration and enlistment offices.
Tsydenov noted that in Buryatia, a post-service rehabilitation program has also been prepared for wounded servicemen. “We understand that medical rehabilitation, social rehabilitation and psychological rehabilitation are required, and this program is long-term. Our hospitals will already work here, we have a Center for Oriental Medicine, we will still create additional rehabilitation facilities,” Tsydenov promised.
