The European Commission blocked 300 billion euros of the reserves of the Russian Central Bank and 19 billion euros of private assets of Russian oligarchs, which will go to a special fund and will further be spent on the restoration of Ukraine. This was announced today by the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Lyain.
