
The Ministry of Justice has published a unified register of “foreign agents”, the department’s website says .
Details . The Ministry of Justice published a 15-page PDF document, in which 493 positions. At individuals, “foreign agents” there are F.I. O. and the date of birth. For legal entities-OGRN, TIN, and sometimes links to Internet resources.
Next to each of them indicates the date and grounds for inclusion in the register.
Lawyer Pavel Chikov notes that the register also indicates organizations that are excluded from it, so there are more records in the document than in the current list of “foreign agents”.
General picture. From December 1 , a new law on “foreign agents” entered into force in Russia. Now they will not be able to teach minors and produce “information products” for children and adolescents. This is stated in the Law on the control of the activities of persons under foreign influence.
From December 1, the Ministry of Justice will also publish an expanded list of data of individuals “foreign agents”: for example, F.I. O., date of birth, TIN and SNILS, as well as the date and grounds for inclusion in the register.
If the “ino -agent” recognized the organization, then its employees will also be obliged to write in their publications that the material is prepared by a “foreign agent”.
