There are 11 defendants in the case: Vyacheslav Abramov, Nikita Kreshchuk, Igor Kuznetsov, Alexey Kurlov, Dmitry Lamanov, Igor Nagibin, Maria Platonova, Ildar Sadriev, Dmitry Chebanov, Zhanna Chernova, Alexey Yanochkin.

All were charged under articles on incitement to mass riots (part 1.1 of article 212 of the Criminal Code) and on incitement of hatred by an organized group (paragraph "b" of part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code). Abramov is also charged with possession of drugs in significant quantities (part 1 of article 228 of the Criminal Code).
