The prosecutor's office of the Admiralteysky district of St. Petersburg drew up an administrative protocol against rapper Miron Fedorov (Oksimiron) because of the song “Oida”. Director of the “Safe Internet League” Ekaterina Mizulina wrote about this in her Telegram channel.

A protocol against the rapper was drawn up under the article on public calls for actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation (Part 2 of Article 20.3.2 of the Administrative Code). The prosecutor's office also filed a lawsuit to add the track to the register of prohibited materials and remove it from streaming services.

The Safe Internet League asked the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to check the song. The organization drew attention to the lines “Blow a kiss to beautiful kitties on Obvodny. Ingria will be free,” seeing in them calls to separate St. Petersburg from Russian territory.

After the start of the war in Ukraine, Oksimiron repeatedly spoke out against the actions of the Russian authorities and held concerts abroad in support of Ukrainian refugees. On October 7, the Ministry of Justice added him to the list of individuals - “foreign agents.”
On October 25, a court in Moscow declared Oksimiron’s song “Last Call” extremist. At the meeting, the prosecutor said that free access to the song “threatens the constitutional order” of Russia, since its words contain “public justification and propaganda of the ideas of terrorism.”
