Against the Bar "Vogel" opened an administrative case

Against the Vogel bar, an administrative case was instituted about violation of sanitary standards due to the complaint of activist Timur Bulatov. The meeting in the case began in the Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg on October 6 at 17:00. This was reported in social networks of the institution.

Details. On November 28, police officers, employees of the EE center and representatives of Rospotrebnadzor came to Vogel. The reason was the verification of compliance with sanitary standards in the bar.

“Our old ill -wisher and former criminal Timur Bulatov, whom we actually did not have, took responsibility for the complaint on the Internet - all the staff know him by person,” writes Vogel.

According to the bar staff, they were not shown a complaint or documents for verification.

Employees of Rospotrebnadzor took Vogel products for verification.

The administrative case was brought under an article on violation of sanitary standards (Article 6.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation), they told Paper in the bar. On it, the “fogel” faces a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles or the suspension of work for 90 days.

“The suspension for us is the worst, since in the near future we planned a lot of events,” the bar said.
