The 32-year-old Russian soldier from Vladivostok Alexander Andreev, according to his father and wife, was tortured by his colleagues and illegally arrested the commanders of his military unit in the occupied part of the Donetsk region. The midshipman is beaten, threatening with a concussion, a broken nose and other injuries to send "to the bee" if he does not admit to the looting, which his relatives say, he did not commit.

The civilian spouse of midshipman Anastasia Kovtun in a conversation with Siberia. Realiy claims that the conflict of her husband with his colleagues, who refused to fired upon the wounded soldier, became the cause of accusations and torture.

On the eve of a long break, Alexander was able to call on his wife and report that after the start of the investigation and arrival in part of the FSB, he began to beat him even more.

Alexander Andreev served under a contract in the 165th brigade of surface ships (military unit 99333) as part of the Primorsky Flotilla of the Pacific Fleet, based in Vladivostok. In August, he was sent to the 155th Marine Corps Brigade (military unit 30926) to participate in the war in Ukraine. According to the father of midshipman Sergey Nikolayevich and the wife of Anastasia Kovtun, on November 17, Alexander pierced his head.

- There was a call yesterday, after a long time, it was short -term, very quickly. He said that he was kept in some room, that they force him to write a confession in the case of looting. That there are no accusations against him, that is, there are no victims, and there is no evidence. He said that there was a man from the Investigative Committee, he does not know his name, he forces him to sign recognition. And physically presses, and moral and psychologically. He also said that he requested a lawyer - they say, I will say if you allow the lawyer hired by my relatives (he has long been waiting for the go -ahead, is ready to fly out). To this [command of the unit and investigator of the UK] simply said nothing. Because they understand that the lawyer will come, and they will need to explain, and on what basis Sasha was detained.

- That is, the investigators have no evidence of “looting”?

- No.

- Who first accused him, and what exactly?

- He’s generally from August 23 in Ukraine, he has a business trip for only three months, after he had to return home and continue his service on his ship, because he is an acting military man, he has a contract. A few days before this date, this incomprehensible attack happened. From November 16 to 17, he called me, before that for about 20 days he was not in touch, but it was expected - they were in Pavlovka on the assault. He got in touch at the night of the 17th, said that he was alive and well, came to Volnovakha with the guys, returned from the fighting. Said: I'll call you tomorrow. He not only told me this, he told his parents. But in the end I did not call.

I lost it, began to call the “hot line” of the 155th part to which he was attached. They told me there: "Everything is fine with him, he is in the ranks." Until the 24th, we believed. On November 24, Sasha got in touch with me and his father, asked for help. He said that on November 17 he was hit on the back of the back. Then he does not remember anything, woke up in the pit of concrete, all in blood. His head is pierced, his nose is broken. And then blows rained down again. And he understands that this is our common acquaintance, Trofimov Ivan, he is not that a friend, but also from Vladivostok, once a company rested at sea with his family. There was also some Maximov still beat, Sasha did not remember others.

“Did they just beat him or said something at the same time?”

- He was simply beaten in the pit. It lasted five days. All this time, neither water nor food was given to him, they simply threw it in a wet pit.

- What and where did they beat him?

- They beat him with their feet, kicked, just scored his feet. They beat him until he loses consciousness. He turned off, they stopped. And so it lasted five days! On the sixth day, he ended up in the commandant’s building associated. Before him stood a stranger in uniform, introduced himself as a major of the "Special Department", Sergey Mikhailovich, the call sign "Monolith". He began to burn Sasha with a stouter shker. And in addition to the craniocerebral contusion, he had, even several.

- Contusion after Pavlovka?

- And earlier, there was not one contusion. So they began to use a stun gun, also continued to beat. They knocked out testimonies, wanted him to admit some kind of looting. He says: "I did nothing." And I believe him. We lived with him four years before his business trip to Ukraine, he is not able to steal something, marroting.

- It is clear, in which looting, he is forced to admit?

- No, they didn’t say anything. It is not clear what exactly happened and whether it happened. But the fact that they try to death. When he called, he said that he would demand a medical assistance. He was not provided with medical assistance, but formally they sent some medic. At least he introduced himself as a doctor and told Sasha: "It is easier to kill you than to treat." When Sasha said that he had not only injuries, but also a contusion, he said: "Well, we will check the presence of a contusion now. We will shoot near your ear - we will check if there is a contusion."

It is now none: shell-and-cranial, head-brain, broken nose, blood everywhere, a stun gun. He was never provided with medical assistance. After all, it was further to keep him in a metal unheated garage, without water, without warm things, it is cold there. Even personal belongings refused to give him. He took the phone, money, a card to which I transferred the money to him for food (even before these torture, I transferred him to go to bought food with the guys - you won’t last long). In general, when he got into this pit, then he got into the garage, I can’t help financially, just nowhere to translate.

- Did he call his status? Is he a suspect, arrested?

- We immediately, November 25, said to the military prosecutor's office. We accepted the statement and said: "Expect two or three days." We: "We do not have so much time! A person is in mortal danger! They broke his head, did not help." There is no 28th answer. We went, wrote one more statement. Nobody hears us, we broke the thresholds for several days: "He is listed in the ranks." And only when I laid out all the media, Astra published , only then did the commander of his seaside ship recognize. From the military unit 99333. He could not declare himself, but he made a request to the 155th part, they answered him that yes, Andreev was in Volnovakha in the military police, which was accused under the article "Marauding". But they didn’t even say anything to him.

Can you imagine how it was all covered?! And if my husband had not got through to me, he didn’t say that he needed help, in what situation he was, he probably would not have been. A person of 20 days in this state holds on, it is not clear how.

Earlier it became known that the military personnel of the 155th Marine Brigade, who criticized the actions of their command in the war in Ukraine and talked about large losses, did not lead from the front line as a punishment. In November, the fighters of the 155th brigade complained to the Governor of Primorye Oleg Kozhemyako to heavy losses, which the unit carries in battles in the south of the Donetsk region. They said that due to ill-conceived decisions, the command lost 300 people in four days of the offensive. In response, the Russian Ministry of Defense said that the losses of marines in the south of the Donetsk region "do not exceed 1% of the combat composition and 7% wounded, a significant part of which has already returned to operation," but did not name the exact number of dead. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky drew attention to the fact that the Russian authorities do not report exactly about the losses during the assault on Pavlovka.

After Andreev’s complaints, a check began on bullying - for this a soldier, allegedly, was beaten again and subjected to new torture, his relatives say.

" The major from a special department threatens to send his son to the forefront to Ugledar, where he will be killed for allegedly setting up this official with his statement. [I ask] to transfer my son to the hospital of the Pacific Fleet of Vladivostok for rehabilitation and treatment," wrote Sergey Andreev in a statement to the Investigative Committee.

- What does he say about his condition?

- that already “no”, there is not even demand to demand help, and after “checking” violence does not only continue, it has become even more. When the check began on December 1, Sasha and his father called me (for the first time after the 24th), a little bit. He only managed to say quickly that they had come with a check of the FSB and the military prosecutor’s office, that they did not provide assistance to him either, and Sergei Mikhailovich “Monolite” and the assistant prosecutor’s office Andreev showed him my interview from the “asters” and said: “For the fact that you set us up, we will not leave it so simply. We will send you to the very fade, where you will be shot.”

He was still ill, his temperature rose, his chest hurts a lot, his cough, the wound fused. Because when Sergei Mikhailovich “Monolite” kicked him, he tried on his feet, and on the right leg of Sasha a dent formed such an open wound - she began to fester, because she was not treated even. I am afraid that they will keep him so without help, and he will just die there. Or they will try to cover his death with "military operations", they will be sent to battle in this state.

- Where did you write and declared, except for the prosecutor's office?

- In the military administration of the Investigative Committee, the last letter was written on December 1 after Sasha said that the threats went to send to a hot point. We were told: we will send everything to the district department on the side of the "DPR", because the Primorsky branch cannot understand, not knowing what is happening on the spot. As a result, the week passed - there is no action. On December 1, I also sent a letter on behalf of the mother -in -law to Moscow, to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, in the name of Krasnov. He personally delivered a letter by courier. There is no result.

And the worst thing is that after this conversation about the threats the husband again disappeared from the connection, came out only yesterday. I again raised everyone, began to find out when the result will be - no one gives information, they throw me like a ball from one to another.

Yesterday, Sasha quickly said that he was continued to terrorize, beat, forced to write a confession, because they have no evidence. At the request to allow a lawyer - a refusal, to provide medical assistance - a refusal. I am again to the media, because I do not know what else can be done. The authorities are inactive. I wrote right up to the presidential administration! They send me unsubscribes.

- What does unsubscription mean? We will answer within 30 days?

-They wrote to my first appeal that it was registered, such and such a number, and was sent to the Ministry of Defense. Then, that it is registered, sent to the Prosecutor General. And on the third - that it is redirected to the Investigative Committee. And silence. That is, we do not know the results of the audit, nothing. Today we wrote a complaint to the military prosecutor's office of the Vladivostok garrison, local.

- How was the midshipman of the ship in the Ground Forces?

-The 155th part is marines. Sasha wrote a report on a voluntary participation in a military special operation. At first, his commander did not let go for a long time: "Sasha, I need you here." Then they gave the good, they approximately prepared a month at the Boburovo training ground at the tank commander. But then it was amazing - he only flew there the third time [to Ukraine], because they [in the army] lacking military sides.

And when he flew there, he was told that there were not enough tanks, military vehicles: "We leave you in the assault detachment of the Marine Corps." As a result, he held a position on mortar.

Russia invaded Ukraine early on the morning of February 24. According to the UN and international humanitarian organizations , Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch , Russian troops struck indistinct missile strikes on residential quarters, hospitals and other social infrastructure facilities of Ukraine. According to the UN on December 4, from the beginning of the invasion at least 6702 were killed and at least 10,479 peaceful residents were injured, real losses, as expected by many observers and experts, are much higher. The 141 countries voted, against - 5, 35 countries abstained.

- Was he ready to serve on mortar?

- Of course not. He was on the tank throughout the service. In general, he is a driver-driver in army education, which is why he was distributed to the tank, he had to be the commander of the tank.

And so, he was essentially an ordinary. If the midshipman is “transferred” to a ground, then this is a ensign, roughly speaking. But once they put him on a mortar, he is an ordinary private.

- He did not talk about cases of looting? Before or after Pavlovka?

- No. We never discussed this, because we could not even think that such a story is possible. And there was never such a thing that he stole something with someone. I have been in a civil marriage with him since 2018, we had to sign, but did not have time, he flew away. Excuse me, I know that my husband is not capable of it.

- And before I went to Ukraine in August, discussed cases of looting in Buch, in Sumy?

- I myself personally did not even know about these cases, my husband too. Therefore, we even at home, before his departure, did not discuss looting. We did not even have thoughts that this is possible. All these severed fingers, hands ... terrible. We knew that there were prisoners, missing. I learn about such cases now.

- There is an assumption why these torture has begun, why are they knocked out recognition in the crime?

- My assumption is a conflict with his detachment. Before they went to Pavlovka, the squad commander ordered the wounded to pull out the wounded-their colleague was wounded from the detachment, he himself could not move, he had to be relocated from shelling to a safe place. Everyone refused: "Why would we go our lives to risk the bullets?" And Sasha said: "I am going" and thereby set the team against himself. They later said: "Well, here you are and the" hero ", dragged him with an injury, and put us with cowards." He dragged him one and a half kilometers, with an injury of hand, which was still refused to cure him at the training ground. He went with her.

They told him: "We will remember this to you." He even wanted to transfer, called me: "Nastya, I want to transfer to another detachment." When he informed this to the command, they said: "Try only - we will make you die in the focus of hostilities." After that, literally a week and a half, they went to Pavlovka, after Pavlovka they hit him and began to torture.

I am sure that my husband was slandered, set up. Why they did this, I have no exact answer, only this assumption that the men have a pride have leaped - you are a hero, and now we look like such cowards. This is a purely personal hostility, I think, unjustified. It is clear that no one really scolded them, but in the eyes of others they looked like that.

- What kind of injury with which he left?

- At the training ground, they worked out actions on the tank, he sat inside and, when fired, the tank's gun gave inside. No one was to blame for this, which was given to him in the elbow of his left hand, in the elbow joint. The hand swelled like an elephant leg, we thought a fracture, because it was very ill. He went to the military clinic, he was told that you have a liquid, strong bruise, there is no fracture there hematoma. "This hematoma itself will go down allegedly down to the brush, so we refuse you in sick leave, you will come to the territory of Ukraine and you will heal there." But upon arrival, I did not meet any examination. That is, he was simply sent and that's it. Although in the 155th General Berezovsky came with the audit, he asked everyone-complaints, wishes-he told him about it.

Now it’s ridiculous to even remember this - the head is pierced on the left side, a wound of one and a half centimeters depth, hematomas throughout the body and internal organs are repelled. Now they will not show him even more so until all these traces of torture are visible.

-He said something about that, regrets that he had gone there or?

- We cannot speak for a long time. But he said to me like this: "If they told me that everything, go home - I would have gathered in 45 seconds and left." Now I just pray that my husband is given to me, so as not to be sent further to the storm, as they threaten.

Reals sent a request to the Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Pacific Fleet about whether work is underway on the application of the relatives of Michman Alexander Andreev, and whether there are any results. "Zero cases"

Human rights activists assure that if a current contract has previously broken off the current number of military personnel, then it became almost impossible to do this from the end of September.

- The turning point is the announcement of "On partial mobilization". Now no one succeeds in breaking the contract. Zero successful cases. - says the founder of the autonomous non -profit human rights organization "School of Distribution" Alexei Tabalov .

The lawyer of the Free Buryatia human rights fund Andrei Rinchino agrees with the colleague. In July, the movement managed to return to the republic about 150 contractors who refused to fight. Before that, more than 500 military, trying to break the contract, were held for several weeks in a pre -trial detention center Lugansk and beaten, forcing to sign a new contract and return to the war zone. Of these, to return home, according to human rights activists, we managed no more than a third. Basically, thanks to the complaints of relatives and the resonance, which they raised in independent media. The lawyers are unknown about successful cases of returning contractors after that.

- Can a person who has concluded a contract with the Russian army and has found himself in the war, count on the fact that his rights will be protected? That at least they will feed him, dress, protect in case of unlawful actions of the authorities or colleagues?

- Formally, all the transferred contract must guarantee, but in fact - no, all points are violated.
