As the publication reports, a pensioner was previously detained for participating in protests. So, in July 2021, she was found guilty of repeated violation of the Rules of the Promotion (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) after the gathering in defense of the Volga-Akhtuba floodplain. She was assigned a fine of 150 thousand rubles.
December 13 00:25 It became known that the detained pensioner Galina Tichenko was released from the police department at about five o’clock in the evening, taking her poses with quotes from the constitution for a linguistic examination. The woman reported this to the publication "Caucasian Knot".
According to the detainee, she spent an hour and a half in the police department No. 4 of the Central District of Volgograd. As Tichenko said, the police department did not draw up either the detention protocol or the delivery protocol to the police. The security forces seized all eight posters that the pensioner had, took an explanation from her and released, saying that they would send them for examination.
“What can be the examination? All posters are written off from the Constitution, ”she commented.
