We have nowhere to go, my husband and I are here. We had searches here, the soldiers walked, almost in the underwear were picking. Three people came, the apartment was turned over. But they went to all the houses like that, even to very old 90-year-olds. They searched for the military, some ammunition, guns, maybe. Of course, we had nothing like that. All photos in the house rummaged - our son there in military uniform. They asked where he is. We said that he left. “He was very lucky,” they said.
The situation in the city is heavy. Houses, of course, are somehow being built, but these military vehicles, equipment, people in military uniform walk through the streets. It is very scary to be in the city in general, especially on the street. There was a lot of Russian police here, traffic police drive a lot. They stop on the streets of people, ask, check the filter card. They are looking for whether someone related to ZSU remains.
Filtering was held by all, even very old people. Everyone who is in the city went through this: they ask questions, climb on the phone, take pictures of you from three sides, remove fingerprints. If they all suited them, they give a tiny piece of paper, probably with a matchbox in size. On one side, the name, on the other, it is written that the filtration has passed. And in the city you can only walk with this piece of paper. We were filtered in July - they do not allow to work without it.
From work here, probably, only the construction remained. Dismantle the collapse, collect garbage, scoop up a pile of scrap in a pile. Only there, Russian subjects are fading large salaries, and our people get a penny. And here we analyze these collapse. My husband and I have worked at the factory all my life, so we can handle it. My husband puts some cables there, I mostly paint.
The streets are restless. Recently, there was some kind of shooting at one hour. We heard from the balcony an automatic queue. Due to this situation, as I understand it, and civilian can walk with weapons-and machine guns, and guns, and everything you want now. Well, after what happened here there are a lot of inadequate people. Therefore, we try to show less on the street, not to leave the house once again - only to work and to the store. We sit at home.
And it’s very cold at home, there is no warmth at all, although, for example, our house was not badly damaged. There is water and light, though very often turned off, but with warmth it is quite difficult. Everyone is sick, coughing, I have the most acute bronchitis. But I can’t go to work, because I will stay without money - they don’t give us sick leave, but then to report to them, that I was sick and not skipped.
I am a disabled person of the group II, psychiatry, it is inconvenient that the disability certificate cannot be extended - there are no psychiatrists in Mariupol, I will have to go to Donetsk sooner or later.
I don’t go to work on disability, I get 10 thousand benefits, we live with my mother, we can say normally: they give us some products-pasta there, sugar. A lot does not go out for a communal apartment-water, garbage collection until January 1 is free, only for light and gas should be paid, but we have no gas in our house. Mom and I went to Taganrog in May, bought a five liter gas spray there. We are preparing on it now. And so people without gas are prepared in the old way, like in the spring-on fire, on the street.

In general, the city is already much better than in the spring. On September 10, schools were earned. Well, some who managed to rebuild. So the kids go somewhere, but somewhere they are engaged online-I think they are not offended. There are a lot of cars and buses in the city - while public transport is all free.
In many houses there are still no water, no light, no gas, but slowly they connect something there, repair. Well, tall houses, private ones have not yet been repaired. The warmth is generally enough where there is, if something is now getting basking, then by heaters. There were still a little head from some houses, of course, but they rebuild many new houses, they promise there apartments for those who lost housing. The next year, they will probably give apartments.
At first, they, like, are given to those who have left without a house. But there it is necessary to bring all kinds of pieces of paper, documents, to prove that your house is destroyed. Bureaucracy, in general. We have a new neighbor here - she burned all the documents with the house, there is nothing, it cannot prove. Her kind people let them go. And someone rents housing now, only here it is very expensive now, as for me-from three to four thousand.
True, there are still hostels - before they were hotels, in the summer they were quickly corrected, those who have nowhere else can live there now. But there are their problems - in the hostels it is impossible with animals. And someone went through all the shelling with his dog or cat. These are friends, they keep us in terrible time - they feel danger. Friends are not kicked out into the street, so there are people who are still sleeping in basements - if not at home, with animals only to the basement.
My daughter is three, and we terribly freeze - even with the heater. To make it warmer, I, my daughter and heater moved to a neighbor - if you put two batteries together and sleep with everyone nearby, you can live, although my cough has not passed for a month. The heaters brought some volunteers from Moscow here-I did not want to take it, but I had to somehow warm the child.
In the spring, I got up to cook food at the stake, but now I rarely do it - although my daughter likes to fry bread. We survive at the expense of field kitchens mainly, they give everyone food and do not ask particular questions. When the products were handed out in the spring, the girl said to me there: “Well, how are you, tired of Bandera? Now we have come to feed. ” And I did not see the “Bandera” in my life. On the other hand, it is clear - the point of "United Russia", what to expect from them.
There are many new people in the city. Mostly Tajiks took place to the construction sites, they are very nice guys, it seems, even though we are not particularly intersecting. Our many are also at construction sites - rake the blockages of their own houses. Chechens walk the streets - they did not do anything like that before my eyes, but I'm still afraid of them. I always accelerate the step when I see them, they do not say anything, but grin.
For some reason, in the summer I went through filtering here. Now I regret it - since I did not leave anywhere outside the city, it seems that I could avoid all these issues. Due to the fact that I had a child, they asked a lot of who my father, everyone tried to catch me that he was [Ukrainian] military.
What I really rejoice is that this cadaveric smell almost disappeared, which still strangled in the summer. Tipple the bodies in three months later. At first it was necessary to remove mines - they say that for this they attracted Ukrainian prisoners. Then the Ministry of Emergencies, these funerals came, people showed them where the graves, which they themselves did, took the bodies and took them to the cemetery.
Rumors came to me that people were forced to tear the graves in the yards themselves so that the emphasists simply took away, but she did not see this herself. [Employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies] themselves came, dug, took away. Some, the truth, behaved as if they were doing a favor - come, like they help, do not pay for the coffin. And we lived normally without help here earlier.
