In St. Petersburg, street musicians were obliged to coordinate performances

The Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg adopted in the third, final, reading a bill on street musicians. Artists were forbidden to act without coordination with the authorities. About this writes "Zaks.ru".

According to the adopted document, there should not be a mat, calls for extremism, violence and cruelty, the use of alcohol and drugs, as well as, as it says, propaganda of war.

The authorities of St. Petersburg will prepare a list of places where you can hold street concerts. They will be divided into two types: with the ability to use shock installations and powerful sound amplifiers without such equipment. Deputies allowed citizens older than 16 years to submit applications.

For violation, fines of up to five thousand rubles are provided for citizens and up to 200 thousand rubles for legal entities.

• The musicians criticized the bill, since the new rules will allow officials to refuse artists in the performance. Against the deputies of Yabloko, the Communist Party and "Just Russia" opposed. They admitted that the law can lead to abuses and unfair use, - reports North Real.
