- Igor said that when detained, a cellophane bag was put on his head, so he was with difficulty breathing. And in court we were then asked: how will you prove it? How do you prove if you had a bag on your head? Igor at first was even afraid to talk about it ...

Elena Koseusina says that the first time her husband was detained in July 2022, when he was going to fly away from Krasnoyarsk to Astana. At that time, Igor was under the subscription about the loss of the Vandalism case: in March, he left two spots on a banner with the letter Z in the center of Abakan with yellow and blue, and wrote “Glory to Ukraine” on the building of the Republican Museum. After the detention of the squash was transferred to house arrest, and on December 7 the court appointed him six months conditionally. On the same day, a criminal case was instituted about the Stateizer, and on December 8, Igor was again detained at his house.

Article 275 of the Criminal Code on state treason was complemented by Russian lawmakers last summer. Since then, the transition to the side of the enemy, namely , the participation of a person in the forces of a foreign state directly opposing the Russian Federation, an international or foreign organization, has the participation of the enemy. For Gosizmen, in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, threatens from 12 to 20 years in prison with a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles.

“ In the summer, they promised us that it would be the case under the 275th article - Gosizman, ” says Elena Kotusina. - They pulled from July to December, probably because they waited for him to be sentenced to vandalism, although in fact this is an ordinary bully. In the beginning, many people tried to protest, went out with posters, with white leaves ... I told him, they say, why did you write "Glory to Ukraine", there will be no sense in this. As a result, everyone was vocational, to whom the deadlines were given, to whom fines. And he is generally at risk, because a Ukrainian by nationality. And he did not remain silent. I think it was a sincere impulse, because in the early days of the "special operation" we were discouraged. There was such a victory around that terrified. It was monstrous. Many friends supported aggression against Ukraine. I could not understand how we talked for so many years, and now they want blood?

Elena managed to find out that in the case there is an testimony of a prudent witness (conspired by special services using a legend), who allegedly told about the intention of Krezin to get into one of the foreign consulates of Ukraine and ask him to transport him to the country. According to investigators, he intended to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine to fight against Russia. At the same time, Elena says, she does not know about any other evidence. Moreover, the version that the husband was going to fight seems to be a pile of absurd: at the age of 60, Igor would not be taken into the army with his state of health.

-Yes , Igor in April, on the 60th anniversary, planned to visit his native places, but what happened to him prevented him. In Kazakhstan in July, he was going to look around, to understand whether it would be possible to move there. He simply could not live in Russia. Not only is Igor 60 years old, he has been traumatized repeatedly. He has replaced the hip joint, the knee joint, and the ankle - metal structure. He is a "tin soldier." He has a stent on his heart after surgery. This is a special tube, which is placed in the heart vessel. What APU? Igor passes a hundred meters and begins to choke, because it’s just hard to go. Fighting is hard work, huge physical activity. And how can you blame a person of going to fight for the Armed Forces, simply in the fact that he was going to Kazakhstan? They invented a lot of things. Like, he was going to go to Ukraine through Moldova and Poland. I ask them to the FSB: how do you imagine it - go to Ukraine if military operations go there? Moreover, he did not even take a passport with him. Who would put it with a Russian passport to Ukraine? How could he get to Poland if he does not even have a visa? There is a certain witness in the case, but is it for the FSB the problem of "find" a witness?

"We are dealing with the FSB"

Igor Kreakusin was born in Odessa, after school he graduated from the flight school in Kirovograd. His parents died, relatives remained in the Ukrainian Dnieper - cousins and sister. Moreover, no one is embarrassed that there is actually an article in the Criminal Code on inciting hatred on a national basis. We have it from the screens every day. Such a policy of the state. We called up with relatives in Ukraine regularly: "Living?" - " Living." They understood that all this did not start us. They tried not to discuss politics at all.

According to Kreyzina, the FSB investigator pointed to her that Igor was studying at the pilot: allegedly he could retrain and serve in Ukrainian aviation.

- It doesn’t matter that a person is 60 years old and his heart is sick. I told them that he did not fly for many years. And even when he flew, after a two -week vacation he was not immediately allowed to fly, since the skills are lost even for such a period. After vacation, they worked first on the simulator, and then again to work. And to transfer to a military aircraft is generally a separate story. Moreover, these Ephesians even agreed with me that it was almost unrealistic to retrain. Nevertheless, his documents from the school were attached to the case file.

About ten years ago, Kreusin became a famous social activist in Khakassia: he fought for the justification of his son Maxim, who was convicted of 10 years for the sale of drugs. Father arranged pickets near the court building demanding to review the son’s case. The office of the court destroyed the disc with a street camera, which, according to Igor, could prove the innocence of her son.

Later, Kreusin created the public movement "Drander", which represented the interests of the inhabitants of Khakassia, faced with the abuses of the security forces. In 2014, the participants in the movement met with members of the Presidential Rights Council, who came to the republic after a series of high -profile mistakes of the local SK: for example, the young man was beaten to death in the center of Abakan, but the investigators decided that he died of alcohol poisoning. In 2013, Krewsin tried to run for the Supreme Council from the Parnas party, but he was refused registration.

“ I do not think that current events are some kind of revenge for his human rights activity, ” says Elena. -Still , it was a long time. And now there is a completely different, much more terrible campaign. Now we are dealing with the FSB, which controls the courts including. "No laws, no human rights"

In the spring, after the initiation of a criminal case of vandalism, Siberia said to Kreusin that to protest now - the duty of every Ukrainian in Russia. “I am dumbfounded by the discovery. What was my short -sighted one, counting the Russians and Ukrainians of the same blood. The discovery, how proud I am born to a Ukrainian. Putin again made me a patriot, ” said Igor Kreuszin.

Now he is in jail. Elena wrote a statement with a request for dates, but so far she saw her husband only in court - during the election of a preventive measure. She is afraid that under the arrest of Igor they will threaten or even torture him.

- As the lawyer told me, in this case you should not appeal to logic, to common sense. They are not there. As in 1937: if they said that he is an enemy of the people, then he will be an enemy of the people. No laws, no human rights. Igor can only save a miracle.

On the eve of Krasnoyarsk, the court appointed four years and eight months of the colony of the city to a resident of the city, Sergei Uluksshonov, finding him guilty of his intention to fight on the side of Ukraine. According to investigators, he went to Minsk to cross the border and join one of the battalions of the National Guard of Ukraine.

The case of Gosizman was also opened in relation to 21-year-old Savely Frolov, detained in October at the Upper Lars checkpoint while trying to go to Georgia. According to investigators, he was going to join the Legion "Freedom of Russia" and fight on the side of Ukraine. The amendments, which allow us to consider the "transition to the side of the enemy" by state treason were included in Russian legislation last summer.

“ The investigator from the FSB said to me:“ We will deal with everyone who left. We will get them all, ” says Kreusina. - I think the security forces themselves are afraid that they can become “meat” in Ukraine. But they support power because they are used to it with the hands. I also think this 275th article will now become part of the new "fashionable" campaign. This is a modern interpretation of what was called the "enemy of the people" in 1937. I recently said with Igor what we had to think about how to save him. Because now the Russian army occupies part of Ukraine, but they will be expelled from there. And then in Russia they will begin to destroy Ukrainians literally. But we thought that we had at least some time while it began. But it has already begun, and Igor was the first. He will not be the only one. To the Ukrainians they will also break into the houses, take phones, start business, if necessary. Now the FSB was given a carte blanche. They will be at a beast, ”Elena Kreepsina is sure.

Meanwhile, on the same day when a criminal case was instituted against her spouse, a citizen of Ukraine Alexander Vdovichenko, who has been permanently residing in the Russian Federation, was on the criminal prosecution on Sakhalin.
