The deputy head of the Ministry of Defense Timur Ivanov and his wife Svetlana Maniovich spend hundreds of thousands of euros on vacation in Europe, holidays, clothes, objects of luxury and real estate. The construction companies-contractors of the department are paid, the Navalny team claims .

The authors of the investigation studied the e -mail archive Maniovich from 8,000 letters received and sent in 12 years. Of these, they found out that the family, for example, for many years shot luxurious villas in Saint-Tropez.

“From 2013 to 2018, the period that we studied carefully, the Ivanov family spent a minimum of 850 thousand euros on the rental of villas in Saint-Trope. Another 250 thousand went to yachts, 200 thousand for the purchase and maintenance of Rolls-Royce.

This is a million three hundred thousand euros spent on summer vacations in only six years. But so they live all year round! ",

In 2018, the Ivanov family spent 13 million rubles (178 thousand euros) on a three -day trip to Istanbul in honor of Svetlana's birthday. There were 50 guests, excursions, boats, restaurants and musicians.

The Navalny team also shows personnel from last year's birthday Svetlana, who took place in the country of the family in Rublevka. Judging by the photographs, there was a press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov there. On the frames where he pronounces a toast, it is noticeable that Ivanov approaches the guest and pulls his sleeve so as to hide the clock, which, as claimed, cost about 6 million rubles.

The spouses did not pay accounts for expensive purchases personally - other people or companies did this. Among them, the authors of the investigation, firms associated with Olympicitistroy - a major contractor of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, which is now engaged in the construction of houses in the Russian army captured and destroyed Mariupol .

The property of Ivanov and Maniovich is classified. Instead of their surnames, the Russian Federation is written.

However, investigators write that the spouses rent a 300-meter apartment in Moscow. In addition, they built a cottage with an area of ​​1,600 squares (600 million rubles) in the village of Uspenskoye on the Rublevsky highway and bought a mansion built in 1821 in Pure Lane. There are three floors, almost 1,000 square meters. The mansion was registered for the company "Noble Nest", recorded on the driver of Ivanov - Stanislav Kuznetsov.

All estimates and accounts at the same time (for example, for installing the elevator in the estate) come to Svetlana's e -mail.

The company of the driver of Ivanov also recorded the Rolls-Royce GOST car for 17 million rubles and black Gelendvagen for 20 million rubles.

The wife of the Deputy Ministry of Defense of Russia Svetlana Maniovich is an Israeli citizen, the Navalny team writes. Until 2021, she, along with her ex-husband, businessman Mikhail Maniovich, were the owners of a 139-meter apartment in Tel Aviv.

“For many years, she, as a wife of the deputy defense minister, submitted a declaration of property and nowhere and she never mentioned that she had an apartment in Israel. This is a gross violation of the law, only for this Timur Ivanov should have been resigned immediately, ”the authors of the investigation noted.

The authors of the investigation note that none of the adult children Maniovich and Ivanov lives in Russia.
