In the occupied city of Kakhovka, Kherson region, as a result of a car explosion, the self-appointed “head of administration” of the village of Lyubimovka died. This is reported by TASS with reference to emergency services.

“He died, explosives were planted in the car,” the source said.

According to the telegram channel Voenkor Kitten Z, we are talking about Andrey Shtepa. According to preliminary information, the official's driver also died.

Last week, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that the Russian army was withdrawing part of its troops in the occupied Kherson region.

“The enemy is redeploying individual units and withdrawing part of his troops from Kakhovka and Novaya Kakhovka to the area of ​​​​the settlement of Nizhniye Serogozy [in the Genichesk district of the Kherson region],” the message said.
