The Ministry of Justice included human rights activist Svetlana Gannushkina and the legal entity FBK Anti-Corruption Foundation Inc. in the unified register of “foreign agents” .

Also on the list were TV presenter Gleb Pyanykh, journalist Anastasia Zhvik, former director of the Russian Domestic Politics and Political Institutions program at the Carnegie Moscow Center Andrei Kolesnikov, the queer organization LGBT Sports Community, Feminist Anti-War Resistance and the Roskomsvoboda project.
