
In Tyumen, the arrested anti -fascist Denise Aydin for three months extended the content in the pre -trial detention center. This is reported by the telegram channel "Tyumen case"
Aydina’s lawyer Khalit Niyazov said that he was notified about the date and time of the court only two hours before the meeting, and he was physically unable to be present in court. For the same reason, Aydin’s close, media representatives and those who wanted to support the arrested could not get to the court.
How the meeting took place is unknown. The lawyer was informed only of the extension of the preventive measure until March 27.
The defendants of the so -called "Tyumen case" are six anti -fascists from different cities in respect of which the case has been initiated under articles on terrorism. All of them announced torture, as a result of which they were forced to sign the confession.
The first two defendants were detained on August 30 in Tyumen - Kirill Brik and Denise Aydin. Later, four more anti -fascists were detained in Surgut and Yekaterinburg Daniil Cheatikov, Nikita Oleinik, Roman Paklin and Yuri Itimovova. They are suspected of explosive production and plans to blow up thermal power plants.
Paklin also said that after torture, he began his heart pain and his left hand was taken away, and at the end of November he complained about a deterioration in health.
Relatives and lawyers of the arrested argue that as evidence, the investigation has only one meeting of the accused from different cities and the confession signed under torture.
In mid -November, the administration of the Investigative Committee for the Tyumen Region refused to initiate a criminal case on the fact of torture Nezkomovov.
