He refused to go to the combat zone, despite the mobilization announced in the country. According to the court, the military violated the charter of the Armed Forces of Russia, as well as the "norms of disciplinary law" of the Russian army. Breusov’s defense on December 26 filed an appeal to the Pacific Field Court, the card says on the court’s website.
