Anadyr: The head of the administration was accused of fraud with municipal housing

The former first deputy head of Anadyr was accused of abuse of authority when transferring municipal housing to the property. This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Committee on the Chukchi Autonomous Okrug.

According to investigators, in 2017 and 2018, the accused, acting as the head of the administration of the city district Anadyr, gave illegal permits to transfer five municipal apartments to private property. The total cost of residential premises amounted to more than 15 million rubles. They were received by the residents of Anadyr, who did not have the right to privatize them.

A criminal case has been instituted against the official under the article "Exceeding official powers."
