The greenhouse invites organizations that use the help of volunteers to create a support service along with mentors. At the workshop, IT specialists and coaches will help to configure the distribution systems of tasks, introduce verification and solutions for automation, integrate the work of chat bots and solve other internal problems. What is Helpdesk
Helpdesk (Helpdesk) is a special software that simplifies the work of the support service. It can also help automate the work of large volunteer communities. With the help of this system, you can register the applications of well -being and volunteers, their appeals on various issues, distribute and monitor tasks, collect feedback, organize a hot line.

How the workshop will pass
We invite coordinators of volunteers (or other specialists responsible for coordination of volunteers) to leave their ideas and requests for the development of Helpdes' or individual elements. To participate in the workshop, you do not need to have special technical skills.
The organizers will contact you and discuss the possibility of realizing ideas at the workshop. Further, the organizers will form teams from representatives of the project and two or three IT specialists (developers, designers, marketers, copywriters or other specialists). Joint work at the workshop will allow you to find digital solutions for projects, finalize them and launch them within two months after the workshop. The greenhouse team will help to producing projects and prepare them for launch.
To participate in the workshop, you need to fill out an application, tell about your organization and describe what task you want to solve with the help of Helpes.
The head coach of the workshop is Yegor Yeremeyev, the developer of the Support Service for Helping To Leave and go forest . Together with other invited coaches and specialists of the greenhouse, Yegor will help projects of projects to understand the topic of security, technical setup and implementation of digital solutions.
Who will be useful to participate
Coordinators of volunteer groups, communities, non -profit organizations and media projects can take part in the workshop. We invite those who are actively developing their project and working with well -being and/or volunteers - coordinates, verifying, distributing tasks.

Work on the workshop will be useful if you need help in the implementation of such or similar tasks:
- development of Helpdeskov, telegram bots, tasks distribution systems;
- introduction of automated processes;
- integration of various web services, bases, tables;

Requirements for participants
- Filled application . Applications will be selected both on the basis of information on the initiative and organization, and on the basis of the idea of your task. It is important that the introduction of Helpesk can increase the help that your organization provides and reduces the load on employees and volunteers.
- The willingness to work on the project not only during the workshop, but also after. As well as the willingness to launch the project within two months and fulfill the KPI declared at the workshop.
The workshop will be held online on January 25–29, 2023. Teams will work remotely, so any number of team members can participate from each projects. It is important that project representatives are involved in the work all days of the workshop. The workshop's schedule we will form with the teams.
